Webhook trigger always reports "Handler is already defined!"

The problem

Hi,

I just tried to create an automation triggered by a webhook. I used the default webhook ID generated by the automation (so definitely not in use, yet) but it still reports "Handler is already defined!".

For reproduction cases I created a minimal automation like this:

alias: Test Webhook
description: ''
trigger:
  - platform: webhook
    webhook_id: test-webhook-SOe26m9-SmECmmIKQVRmWRxG
condition: []
action:
  - stop: ''
mode: single

which also gives me the following error:

Logger: homeassistant.components.automation.test_webhook
Source: components/webhook/__init__.py:44
Integration: Automation (documentation, issues)
First occurred: 8:24:13 PM (1 occurrences)
Last logged: 8:24:13 PM

Error setting up trigger Test Webhook
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/components/webhook/trigger.py", line 55, in async_attach_trigger
    async_register(
  File "/usr/src/homeassistant/homeassistant/components/webhook/__init__.py", line 44, in async_register
    raise ValueError("Handler is already defined!")
ValueError: Handler is already defined!

Thanks for any support in advance!

Webhook trigger always reports "Handler is already defined!"

Seems the 2022.08 update today has already resolved the issue.
