Move tab times into the local store so they can be recalled across restarts of the extension. The logic remains the same: it resets all tab times on restart. Further commits will update that behavior.

Timer keeps reseting after restarting my computer and therefore tabs actually never close. Updating Firefox without computer restart does also reset the timer.

Firefox latests version is used. I have more than 2200 tabs open (yea don't ask) I set timer to 10 days/14400 minutes (i need it that way please don't ask either)

Is this a bug or a feature? Is tab wrangler meant to save timer accross sessions?

Persist locked tab IDs across restarts of extension

Stop wiping out the lockedIds setting on restart to preserve the user's locked tab IDs. Prune any IDs that no longer exist to ensure the collection does not grow unbounded.

This is the ID assigned to Tab Wrangler in Mozilla Add-Ons; use it to ensure users' current stores are maintained.

• Using storage in debug mode in Firefox requires an extension ID, so this is necessary to correctly test

This is not actually a duplicate of #130; that issue is about the tab timers.

Could you provide more info? How many tabs did you have open?

If you have fewer than the Max Tabs open, then no tabs will be closed.

I had not yet approved this French translation, and so it was inadvertently removed from the translation file. I approved it, so now this PR is outdated.
