HasUlidPrimaryKey and HasUuidPrimaryKey might be better names than HasPrimaryUlid and HasPrimaryUuid.

IGNORE ANY .env.* by Default

It is pretty useful to commit the .env.example though

[6.x] Try clicking all elements before throwing `ElementClickInterceptedException`

Currently, if you try to click() a selector that appears multiple times on the page, it will match the first one and click it. This causes trouble when working with nested modals.

For example, I have a base modal that has dusk="close-modal" on the close button. If I have nested modals, I can't reliably click that close button with ->click('@close-modal'). Depending the order of the modals in the html, it will either work or throw the following exception:

ElementClickInterceptedException: element is not clickable. Other element would receive the click

This PR changes the click() method to try and click all matching elements before throwing the ElementClickInterceptedException exception. This change should be fully backwards compatible.

[9.x] Round milliseconds in console output runtime

Commands always show how long they took to run in milliseconds with 2 decimal precision. This PR rounds the milliseconds, because having 2 decimal precision on milliseconds is unnecessary.

[9.x] Artisan `model:show` command

Looks great!

It would be useful if it also shows indexes that each column has (unique, primary, foreign key). I'm working on a big project where some columns are missing important indexes (sometimes even primary keys). This command could make it easier to find those missing indexes.

Maybe the command could even display a yellow warning banner:

Warning This table has no primary key index
